Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of afnanahmed.framer.website (the "Site") and any services purchased from Afnan Studio ("we," "us," "our," "the Studio"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Afnan Studio is a design and web services practice offering LinkedIn Design, Authority Website design, and Content Retainer services to expert-led business owners, coaches, consultants, and personal brands.

2. Services

We currently offer:

  • LinkedIn Design — $695. Includes positioning direction, profile banner, profile picture, About section, 3x featured images, carousel template, 6x post templates, and brand guidelines.

  • Authority Website — $2,495. Includes website design, booking integration, lead magnet setup, blog CMS, SEO foundations, 404 & privacy pages, analytics setup, and brand guidelines.

  • Content Retainer — $995/month. Includes a content calendar, 8x image posts, 4x carousels, 4x infographics, a monthly audit, and biweekly 1:1 calls.

Exact scope for each engagement is confirmed during the audit call before work begins. Any changes to scope after that point may require an adjustment in price or timeline, agreed to in writing (email is sufficient).

3. Engagement Process

  1. Audit — a free call to review your current LinkedIn and website and determine the right starting point.

  2. Scoping — once a service is selected, we confirm deliverables, timeline, and price in writing.

  3. Build — work begins once scope is confirmed and, where applicable, deposit is received.

  4. Delivery & Revisions — each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond this may be billed separately.

Website builds typically take 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Timelines for LinkedIn Design and Content Retainer deliverables are confirmed individually.

4. Payment

  • LinkedIn Design: 100% deposit upfront to begin work.

  • and Authority Website: 50% deposit is due to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery (i.e., before final files or site access are handed over).

  • Content Retainer: billed monthly, in advance, at the start of each billing cycle. Cancel anytime before the next cycle starts, no refunds for a cycle already in progress.

  • Pricing is as listed above unless a custom scope is agreed in writing.

  • Payment is due via the method specified on your invoice. Late payment beyond 7 days may pause work until resolved.

5. Revisions and Approval

Design direction is approved before the build phase begins for website and LinkedIn projects, so major revisions after that point are uncommon. Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Requests outside the agreed scope, or additional rounds beyond what's included, may incur additional fees, quoted before work begins.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

One-time services (LinkedIn Design, Authority Website):

Before kickoff: If you cancel before work has begun (i.e., before the audit findings and positioning direction are delivered), your deposit is fully refundable.

Final balance: The remaining 50% is non-refundable once deliverables are completed as approved. Design direction is approved before the build phase begins, and each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions to address any misalignment, these exist specifically to catch concerns before final delivery, so a refund is not offered in place of using them. Revisions beyond the two included rounds are quoted and billed separately, same as any other out-of-scope request.

After kickoff: Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. It reflects time and work already committed on your project.

Content Retainer: Since it's billed monthly with no fixed term, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once work has started.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final approved deliverables created specifically for you (e.g., your website, your LinkedIn assets).

  • Afnan Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

  • Any underlying tools, templates, or frameworks used to create your deliverables (e.g., internal design systems, carousel templates) remain the property of Afnan Studio and are not transferred as part of the engagement.

8. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Afnan Studio provides design, positioning, and content services intended to improve how your brand presents itself online. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes — including but not limited to increased inquiries, bookings, followers, or revenue — as these depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and follow-through.

9. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services on schedule, we rely on you to:

  • Provide requested materials (LinkedIn access, current site access, brand assets, feedback) in a timely manner

  • Respond to revision requests and approvals within a reasonable timeframe

  • Provide accurate information about your business during the audit and scoping process

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may extend the agreed timeline accordingly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afnan Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

11. Third-Party Tools

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Framer for website hosting, Cal.com for scheduling). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues originating from these third-party services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement (such as the Content Retainer) with written notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for work already completed or the current billing period already in progress.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services provided by Afnan Studio will be resolved under Pakistani law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or ongoing services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
